How do you design a custom suit with Sharpe?
The Sharpe Suiting design process is hands-on from start to finish. Due to the detailed nature our custom suits, we work by appointment only– either virtually or in-person at our Los Angeles location.

How it Works

Book a private, in-person design session at our Los Angeles location or schedule a virtual consultation from anywhere in the US. Once your appointment is made, you’ll be matched with an expert member of our design team.

During your design session, you’ll meet with a Sharpe Stylist to bring your vision to life. They will guide you through every detail of the design process, from cut to color, fabric and lining, lapel style and size, all the way down to the buttons, stitching, and thread color.

Your stylist will take your exact measurements to help ensure a perfect fit. For virtual design sessions, we will guide you and a partner or friend through the experience and can pull from existing garments you love to add a touch of extra precision.

A custom constructed suit or garment typically takes up to 3 months from the initial design decision to your final fitting. For those needing a faster turnaround, we offer a rush service for completion under 3 months.

We take pride in our trademarked measurement technique—Andropometrics™—designed to ensure a perfect fit. However, we know that fine-tuning is key. Once your suit is crafted, your Sharpe stylist will meet you at a local tailor to guide you through any necessary adjustments. Most alterations are completed in just one fitting round within two weeks.
